I started taking prenatal pilates with Dale in my 4th month of pregnancy.  I cannot begin to explain how much this helped me during my pregancy. I still feel in shape and dont have the aches and pains. The classes were just the right balance of a great workout and not pushing yourself too hard.
 
Dale is patient, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. She is a great instructor and I plan on continuing my classes with her right till the end! I also plan on returning for more pilates and perhaps the Mommy and Me classes. I was very fortunate to find Dale and her studio.
